By proceeding with the registration process a user profile will be created for you and you will then become a GSSA WEBSHOP MEMBER. You warrant that you are legally capable of entering into an agreement with GSSA and that you accept the “Conditions of Use”.
You must ensure that your login details are not used by third parties as you will be held accountable for the use of your login details by third parties as if you personally made use of our services.
When you search and use data on this service you confirm that you are accessing the information for legal purposes only. The service, data and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of GSSA
Whilst care is taken to ensure correct entering and transcription of data, no guarantee is given as to accuracy thereof. Members are encouraged to report errors for correction. Sources must be provided in respect of reported errors
A token system is used to 'purchase' records for viewing. The income from selling tokens are used to cover the adminstrative and hosting costs of the service provided. As such, tokens are non refundable.
GSSA Webshop reserves the right to amend the rules and such amended rules will be published on the website when changed. Your continued use of the website after publishing of the amended rules will signify your acceptance of the amended rules
